Great list! Do you have a post on your trip to DC?! I love that place! did you ever get the full time job?! It kind if never appeared after October. And I’m doing meatless Mondays for the month of January!

I did not get a full-time job in 2012 and I am currently working as a long-term substitute teacher for another teacher who’s on maternity leave. Due to some complications with her pregnancy, I’ll be in the position the rest of the academic year (to June).
The meat-less Mondays was a feat too big for me to accomplish. I love my fruits and veggies, but I cannot “not” eat meat, fish, or poultry at every meal. Maybe I’ll try again in 2013.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
